What we collect, and why

  • Your order: name, email and delivery address, used to fulfil your order.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Your account: if you create one; guest checkout is available.
  • The app: account and device-pairing data needed to make the service work.
  • Your footage: clips you save or share through the app are yours to keep, share and delete. Our group support teams can access footage only in the ordinary course of running the service. We never sell footage or personal data; anonymised, aggregated data is used to improve our products and services.
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Marketing: only if you opted in; unsubscribe in every email.

Who we share it with

Trusted processors, under contract, to run the service: Stripe (payments), our delivery carriers, Odoo (the platform this shop runs on), our implementation partner (support access), and Google (analytics, only with consent). We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoices: six years plus the current year (tax law). Support messages: up to two years. Clips you store: until you delete them or close your account. Analytics: up to 14 months.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection. Ask via the Contact Us page. We respond within one month. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), but we'd rather you told us first.

Other people in your footage

A dashcam records public roads. Recording for your own private purposes generally falls within the domestic-purposes exemption in UK data-protection law. Sharing a clip with an insurer or the police is your choice to make.
