Changed your mind? 14 days, no questions.
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return for you. No labels to print, no trip to the post office. We collect the kit, and you get back everything you paid minus £9.99, our cost of collecting it from you. Everything needs to come back in the original packaging, complete with all accessories. If the value's been reduced by handling beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to match.
Something wrong with it?
Faulty in the first 30 days: full refund. That's your legal right, and we don't make you jump through hoops. We arrange the return and cover the cost; no deduction ever applies to faulty goods. After 30 days and inside your warranty (1 year, or 3 if you extended): we repair or replace, and refund if we can't.
How to return
- Get in touch via the Contact Us page or email cx@truvisia.com, with your order number.
- We'll liaise with you from there and arrange the return for you.
- Once the kit reaches VisionTrack and the return's been checked and accepted under our Terms and Conditions, your refund lands within 10 working days, to the card you paid with.
