TruVisia OBD-II Power Cable
Spare or replacement OBD-II power cable for the TruVisia Dashcam. Plugs straight into your car’s OBD port with no tools or wiring, and powers down with the ignition on most cars.
Fits the TruVisia Dashcam only. Not compatible with other dashcams. One OBD-II cable is already included with every TruVisia Dashcam.
Plug in and drive
The OBD-II cable takes power from your car’s diagnostic port, which sits under the dashboard on the driver’s side in most cars built since the early 2000s. No cutting, no fuse box, no cigarette socket. On most cars the port switches off with the ignition, so the dashcam powers down when you do.
Good to know
- For the TruVisia Dashcam only. The connector will not fit other dashcams.
- Every TruVisia Dashcam already comes with one OBD-II cable. Buy this one as a spare, or to move the camera between two cars.
- A few cars keep the OBD port live with the engine off. If yours does, the Hard Wire kit in the box is the better choice, or check with the FAQ.
